Beans carefully selected for their aromatic potential, exceptional notes of flavour that change with the species of tree and the techniques used by the producer (drying, fermentation, etc.) and the chocolatier (roasting, conching, etc.)...
A true taste experience offered by these delectably refined single-origin premier crus! And, to guarantee unrivalled flavour, our recipes are made using only the highest quality and/or Controlled Designation of Origin products such as Sicilian Pistachios
and Piemont hazelnuts.
Our chocolates and sweets nevercontain preservatives or artificial flavourings, and we use only natural plant-based colourings.

THE “BEAN TO BAR” WORKSHOP
HASNAÂ CHOCOLATS GRANDS CRUS
Situated on rue Fondaudège in Bordeaux, “La Fèverie” is Hasnaâ Chocolats Grands Crus’ Bean to Bar workshop.
This unique unit in Bordeaux was created to select rare beans from across the world, to hand sort, roast and grind them, before conching them to produce exquisite limited-edition chocolate bars. All of this takes place in the purest “Bean to Bar” tradition using only organic cane sugar and (often organic) beans with no added lecithin, and no added cocoa butter other than that contained in the beans!
As of November 2018 the workshop will be open to the public so that everyone can discover the transformation process of these precious black gems up close. But be warned, you’re sure to succumb to our delicious creations...
